  • The Invictus Games event area concerns the part of the Zuiderpark that is closed off by fencing. By entering the event area, you agree to the house rules.
  • During the event, from the moment the entrances are active until after they have been removed, it is not allowed to bring bicycles onto the event terrain.
  • Bicycles must be placed in the designated bicycle racks. Misplaced bicycles will be removed by the organization or municipal enforcers.
  • Visiting the Invictus Games Park (the event terrain) and/or participating in activities is entirely at your own risk.
  • Visitors are obliged to follow instructions of the organization and its staff on and in the immediate vicinity of the event ground.
  • Person registration is mandatory. This obligation to register has been imposed by the government for security reasons. The data will be destroyed after one day.
  • Visitors who wish to enter the event grounds agree to:
    • Having their coats, bags and other belongings scanned by an X-Ray machine.
    • Security screening with the use of a metal detection gate.
    • Random bag check.
  • Visitors who do not wish to be checked will not be granted access to the event grounds.
  • The organization and security organization are entitled to deny visitors access to the event grounds where they deem it necessary in the context of the house rules, health, safety and public order.
  • The following goods may not be taken onto the event grounds:
    • Professional film, photo or sound equipment
    • Alcohol & drugs
    • Glass & tin
    • Weapons and dangerous objects
    • Selfie sticks
    • Drones (both ground and airborne)
    • Barbecues, gas burners, stoves, or knives
    • Means of transportation such as bicycles, scooters and mopeds
  • Photographs, videos and audio recordings will be made in the Invictus Games Park. Recordings will be used for professional and commercial purposes.
  • The event site and its immediate surroundings is equipped with CCTV cameras with infrared sensors, which are monitored 24/7 by the organization and police. These images will be kept for a limited time.
  • The use or possession of (soft) drugs on the premises is not allowed.
  • It is forbidden for visitors under 18 years old to buy, accept or consume alcoholic beverages. The organization reserves the right not to sell alcohol in case of misconduct or drunkenness.
  • Unwanted, annoying behavior and/or discrimination will not be accepted. Based on behavior, both the organization, security and police may deny access to the Invictus Games Park.
  • The organization and its staff cannot be held responsible for loss and/or theft of any property of visitors.
  • Damage to objects, property of the event or people will be recovered from the source.
  • The organization and security have the right to deny access to any visitor wearing offensive clothing.
  • It is not allowed to bring or use barbecues in the Zuiderpark. Sandwiches and packets of drinks and picnic baskets are no problem, except in accommodation locations such as sports halls and tents.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the Invictus Games Park except in designated areas.
  • Animals are allowed in the Zuiderpark. However, there is a leash and clean up requirement. Animals are not allowed in the competition halls and tents, with the exception of assistance dogs.
  • It is prohibited to distribute leaflets, flyers or other items on and around the Invictus Games Park. Also, no interviews may be conducted, surveys conducted or commercial promotion made without the permission of the organization, even if for non-commercial purposes.
  • Recording with professional equipment and/or professional sound equipment is not allowed without permission or issued accreditation from the organization.
  • In situations where the house rules do not speak adequately, the organization will determine.
